Located in the Davidson Conference Center, the 3,840 square foot Embassy's Ballroom is our most versatile indoor choice for a themed transformation. The Embassy Ballroom's minimalistic decór is a virtual "clean palette" that can take on a look that is only bordered by your imagination and vision. The 18' ceiling height is perfectly appointed to accommodate chiffon draping and lighting effects to create the fairytale wedding or dramatic theme that is popular with modern brides. The ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a sit-down meal with ample space for a dance floor and bridal party head table. The ballroom opens to a beautifully landscaped courtyard for the cocktail reception or mingling during the reception. The main lobby can also be used for the cocktail reception and is a convenient location to stage guests in anticipation of the dramatic reveal of your dream wedding reception.
